Creative energy infrastructure solutions in Western Canada

Wolf Midstream (Wolf) is a private, Alberta-based company backed by CPP Investments. The company was formed in 2015 to focus on the acquisition and development of midstream infrastructure and opportunities in Western Canada.

We are committed to transforming the future of carbon reduction through the development of world-scale CO2 infrastructure in both Canada and abroad. Wolf is the owner and operator of the Alberta Carbon Trunk Line System, a 240-kilometre pipeline that safely transports CO2 from industrial capture sites to CO2 EOR operations in Central Alberta.

Wolf is also the owner and operator of the Access Pipeline System, which includes the Sturgeon Terminal, the Stonefell Terminal tank farm and two distinct pipeline networks – one transports diluent from Edmonton to the Wood Buffalo area and the second transports comingled bitumen and diluent or “blend” from Wood Buffalo to Edmonton for delivery to markets.

We experienced some post commissioning issues at two of our sites with Electrical and Instrumentation issues , Connect Energy Services sent out their highly experienced team to diagnose and repair our equipment by offering solutions and options with top shelf results, this increased our facilities reliability and minimized the downtime we experienced.

In our operational phase Connect Energy Services continues to provide us the highest level of response, action and solutions when we have needs that require their services, and with them being local to the Industrial Heartland the response time far exceeds expectation.  I have found no job is too big or small for Connect Energy team, they continue to be our Preferred local E& I Vendor.
